Scholarship Application

Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents, and current high school seniors or college students at the time of their application. Additional application materials must be submitted in one packet. Transcripts and letters of recommendation should not be sent under separate cover. Incomplete, e-mailed or faxed applications will not be considered. Checks will be made payable to the awardee's college or university.

By signing below, I confirm that I will submit my application and mail additional materials by July 1, 2019 (postmarked) of my senior year in high school or beginning of college semester in order to be considered for only the Drive To Success Charitable Foundation Scholarship.

Letters of Recommendation

Please ask two (2) individuals who know you well to submit letters of recommendation. At least one (1) letter should be from a teacher or other school professional.

Incomplete, e-mailed or faxed applications will not be considered. We suggest that you keep copies of your application materials. Winners will be contacted and announced on our website by July 15, 2019. We regret that we are unable to individually notify other applicants of the decision on their applications.
